The gift card will be sent to the recipient’s e-mail at the day and time you specify.
Description
The Gift Card expires 12 months from the date the recipient receives the email.
The Gift Card code will only be sent to the email address specified at the time of purchase.
Payment can be made by credit card or paypal.
Orders can be returned and the amount will be credited back to the Gift card.
The Gift card, if not used, can be returned within 14 days of purchase by the person who paid for it.
Italy
All national shipments are entrusted to GLS standard service which takes 1-2 working days.Shipping is free on orders that are €79 and over at full price.
Europe
All European shipments are entrusted to DHL economy service which takes 5 working days.
Free shipping over €150 for full price items.
Extra Europe
All non-European shipments are entrusted to DHL express service which take 2-3 working days.
Free shipping over €500 for full price items. Customs duties and any import charges or taxes are charged to the customer.
During sales, promotions, events or national holidays shipments may take longer.
Shipping is not free on sales or limited edition items marked as "drop".
Returns (Legislative Decree 206/2005)
Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase can request a return for size change or a refund within 14 days from the date of order receipt by accessing the "returns" section of their user profile.
It is possible to change only for a different size of the same item, if available.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item has been completed, by using the same payment method chosen at the order time.
Once the return request has been made, the customer will receive via email with the relative instructions.
Return shipping costs will be retained. For returns shipped independently by the customer, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item.
