Escentric Molecules Escentric 02 is a tribute to the elusive power of Ambroxan (13.5%), an amber molecule that emanates a delicate sensuality and a nearly mineral softness. The captivating notes of green jasmine bud blend with a lively "gin and tonic" accord, a hint of Almdudler, and a trace of the unique scent that fills the air when unboxing a new Apple laptop.
Ambroxan is a synthetic version of ambrox, a natural substance derived from ambergris, which has been valued in perfumery for centuries. Ambergris is a mysterious substance produced by the sperm whale, which gains its refined fragrance only after long maturation in the ocean. Today rare to find, ambergris has been replaced by a lab-created equivalent, the Ambroxan molecule, synthesized in the 1950s by Firmenich chemists.
Unlike animal-derived ingredients, ambergris has always been known for its refinement and sensuality—qualities that persist in Ambroxan. Geza Schoen describes the final experience of this fragrance as "a lasting freshness in the drydown, accompanied by a subtle sensuality." Returns (Legislative Decree 206/2005)
Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase can request a return for size change (just once) or a refund within 14 days from the date of order receipt by accessing the "returns" section of their user profile.
Once the return request has been made, the customer will receive via email with the relative instructions.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item has been completed, by using the same payment method chosen at the order time. Shipping costs will be retained.
